Last updated: September 30, 2026. By renting a spot on BrandTower ("the site") you agree to these terms.

What you get

You rent display space: a spot on the tower that shows your logo, business name, tagline and a link to your website. You get a right to display, not ownership of the spot, the tower or the domain. Your spot stays up for as long as the site operates. If we ever shut the site down we will give notice first where we can.

What you can show

Your listing must belong to a real business or project that you are allowed to represent. It must not include adult content, gambling, scams, malware, hate speech, illegal products or services, or anything that infringes someone else's rights. You must have the right to use the logo you upload.

Review and removal

Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. We may reject a listing, or remove one later if it breaks these terms or the link changes to something harmful. If we reject a listing before it goes live, your payment is refunded in full. If we remove a listing that broke these terms, we may refuse a refund.

Payment and refunds

Prices are one-time and shown in US dollars before any local taxes. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the seller of record. Once your listing is approved and live, the purchase is non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. You can ask for a refund of a listing that has not yet been approved.

Changes to your listing

Availability and liability

We work to keep the site online but don't promise it will always be available, or promise any number of visitors, clicks or sales. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your spot.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply to new purchases and, for existing listings, from the date we publish them.
