What we collect

When you rent a spot: your email address, your business name, website, tagline and logo. When you join the waitlist or create a referral link: your email address. Payments are handled by Paddle, so we never see your card details. We also keep basic server logs (IP address, browser, time) to run and protect the site.

What is public

After approval, your business name, tagline, logo and website link are shown publicly on the tower, in the directory and on your spot's page. Your email address is never shown.

How we use it

To run the tower, process and review your listing, send your receipt and status emails, prevent abuse, and, if you joined the waitlist, tell you when floors open. We don't sell your data.

Cookies and local storage

We store a referral code and your own referral link in your browser's local storage so rewards can be credited. Our admin area uses a session cookie. Cloudflare Turnstile may run a spam check on forms.

Who handles data for us

MongoDB Atlas (database), Cloudflare (network, storage and spam protection), Paddle (payments), and our email provider. They process data only to provide their service.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep order records as long as the law requires for accounting. You can ask us to delete your waitlist and referral data, or to remove your listing, at any time.
